Why there are only ten.
Helio Botanics started in a kitchen with too many bottles and not enough trust. Half of them promised everything; almost none said plainly what was inside.
So we went back to the plants. A short list of botanicals we could name, grown by people we could call, blended in small batches close to home.
We kept the range deliberately small. Each blend has one job, and if it doesn't do that job well enough to live on our own shelf, it never reaches yours.

The studio

Helio Botanics is a small plant-based wellness studio. We make ten blends, print every ingredient on the bottle, and keep the standard higher than the range is wide.
We're a handful of people who think better rarely means more. So we grow the list slowly, test every blend on ourselves first, and answer our own emails. No mystery blends, no fine print, nothing you'd need a glossary for.
